Property:

Colorless stable liquid. It can be miscible with a variety of organic solvents, slightly soluble in water, and the dissolution in water at 20℃ is 1.9%.

Usage:

1. It is an excellent medium boiling solvent. Mainly used as a solvent for dyes, petroleum, rubber, resin, paraffin, nitrocellulose and ethyl cellulose, as an inert solvent for nitrocellulose paint, which can increase the gloss and flatness of the paint, improve the reddening performance, and be used as a solvent in the manufacture of lubricating oil additives, etc.

2. Can be used as raw materials for organic synthesis, mineral flotation detergent, such as extraction of silicon and copper sulfate ore.

3. Can be used for brake fluid, also used as blowing agent, dispersant, detergent, plasticizer, surfactant, lubricant and cosmetics, photography industry drugs and other manufacturing.
